1. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations depend on the policies of airlines, hotels, and other service providers.

  • Some bookings may be non-refundable.

  • Cancellation requests must be submitted through our platform.

2. Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be processed as per the service provider’s policy.

  • Refunds may take 7-14 business days to reflect in your account.

  • OntimeTrip reserves the right to deduct applicable service charges.

3. Modifications

  • Changes to bookings are subject to availability and additional charges.

  • Requests for modifications must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure.

4. No-Show Policy

  • No refunds will be provided for no-shows.

  • It is the user’s responsibility to check and confirm their booking details.
