Cancellations depend on the policies of airlines, hotels, and other service providers.
Some bookings may be non-refundable.
Cancellation requests must be submitted through our platform.
2. Refund Policy
Refunds will be processed as per the service provider’s policy.
Refunds may take 7-14 business days to reflect in your account.
OntimeTrip reserves the right to deduct applicable service charges.
3. Modifications
Changes to bookings are subject to availability and additional charges.
Requests for modifications must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure.
4. No-Show Policy
No refunds will be provided for no-shows.
It is the user’s responsibility to check and confirm their booking details.
